SALE TERMS:

1. The price is listed on each pen.  
2. This is our base price FOB our yard.
3. If you are wanting any extra tests done or vet checked there WILL BE extra costs added on to the price.
4. A 20% NON-Refundable deposit will be needed to hold them and mark them as Sale Pending
5. All animals need to be picked up as soon as possible after deposit is made.
