SALE TERMS:

1. The price is listed for each ewe.  
2. This is our base price FOB our yard.
3. If you are wanting any extra tests done or vet checked there WILL BE extra costs added on to the price.
4. A $200 NON-Refundable deposit will be needed to hold them and mark them as Sale Pending
5. All animals need to be picked up as soon as possible after deposit is made.​
